Privacy Policy

ElephantOS respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you join our waitlist or contact us through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have a question, contact us at privacy@elephantos.ca.

What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we collect the details you give us: your name, your email address, your phone number (optional), your brokerage or team, the CRM you use today (optional) and any message you send. We also keep a record of your consent: the date and time, the page you were on, and the version of the consent wording you agreed to. Our hosting provider may log technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure.

Why we collect it

We use your information to manage the ElephantOS waitlist, to contact you about the launch, product updates and special offers if you agreed to receive them, and to respond to your questions.

Your consent and how to withdraw it

We add you to our marketing emails only if you gave your consent by ticking the box on our form. If you contact us without ticking it, we may still reply to you and follow up on your inquiry for up to six months, as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) allows. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any message or by emailing privacy@elephantos.ca. We will stop sending you messages within 10 business days.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to run this site and ElephantOS, including website hosting (Vercel), our ElephantOS platform and database (Supabase) and email delivery (Resend). These providers handle information only to provide their services to us. Some of them store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on the waitlist or are a customer or active contact, and we delete it when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing privacy@elephantos.ca. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
